EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is the most appropriate and modern method for the treatment of psychological trauma. The EMDR method combines elements from various psychotherapeutic approaches and has immediate results.

Gestalt Therapy

The Gestalt therapeutic approach is phenomenological, existential, experiential. Its main goal is for the individual to gain self-awareness and to know the potential for change in order to live an authentic and meaningful life.

Child & Family

One of our main goals is the early therapeutic intervention in the child and the support of the family, because in this way the healthy development towards adulthood and the building of healthy relationships are ensured.

With individual therapy in adults, mental disorders are treated according to the therapeutic approaches we offer.

Couples Counseling

Through an observation and guidance, couples learn to realize the malfunctions of their system as well as the positive sides in order to be led to a clear awareness and ultimately to the best decisions for them.

The purpose of forming a group is to bring interested members together on an individual, interpersonal and intergroup level, with the aim of building trust, reconciliation, mobilization and change. Group therapy can be done in groups of parents, teenagers, couples, professionals, etc.
